“With Hippodrome Square getting a spooky facelift this Halloween" said Southside BID Manager Julia Robinson, “we want to involve all businesses in Southside by issuing a pumpkin carving challenge!”
Test your creativity, artistic skills and carving abilities, with prizes on offer for the top three designs. A panel of judges will decide who picks up the top prize of £100 in cash, plus four tickets to the terror maze, with runners up prizes also being handed out.
All pumpkins will then go in display in the Southside Pumpkin Patch to see if the public agree with the judges’ decisions.
“You can submit more than one pumpkin per business” explained Julia “with all entries needing to reach the Southside BID offices by 2pm on Monday 28th October.”.
The winning design will be named that night on @enjoySouthside’s Twitter account.
