On Sunday the 17th of April, The Jamhouse will celebrate the iconic British record label.
Steel Pulse Legend Basil Gabbidon and Band will perform live with sounds from DJ Pete Sherriff.
Trojan Records has been the home of Reggae music for over 50 years.
The label has showcased the best in the musical styles of Jamaica, from ska and rock steady to roots and dub, releasing scores of hits by the likes of Gregory Isaacs, Dennis Brown, Desmond Dekker, Ken Boothe, Toots and the Maytals, Bob Marley and even The Mighty Diamonds, who are in our thoughts right now.
The Gabbidon Band and a collection of special guests will perform many of Trojan's greatest hits in over two hours of live music and supported by the Sound System selection from Pete Sheriff.
In true Jamaican style, The Jamhouse will have plenty of Trojan Rum Punch to sup on throughout the night.
Join us Easter Sunday for this Trojan Records celebration - open until 2am - and the best way to make the most of the Monday morning lie-in!
Doors open from 8pm. Dance Dance Dance until 2am.
Smart casual dress.
The restaurant will be closed on this occasion.
Tickets available from The Jamhouse website or the box office on 0121 200 3030.
