For the first time, the switching on of Bishop's Stortford's Christmas lights will be a proper event, complete with entertainment for the whole family.

The Lemon Tree in Bishop’s Stortford is getting all Sicilian between May 14th and 26th, with a fabulous set menu for just £15 for three courses, inspired by Head Chef Luke Fishpool’s recent visit to Sicily.
The full Olympic torch relay route has been revealed, with Saffron Walden, Stansted Mountfichet and Newport named as local towns included in the ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ spectacle
From May to October, Bishop's Stortford Town Council will be showcasing local events under the banner of Summerfest. You only have until February 24th 2012 to register your event!
