Great news for Greenies
An announcement from councillors has confirmed that residents of Bishop’s Stortford will, from May 2011, be able to recycle more plastic in the East Herts Council kerbside collections. Items that will now be included are: yogurt pots, butter/margarine tubs, plastic food trays - but not polystyrene, flower pots, shrink wrap, carrier bags, and all types of 1 to 6 plastics – look for the triangle and a number if you're not sure.
