This summer will see AV UK Ltd move from its current base in Great Hallingbury to new offices in Bishop’s Stortford.
Having started ten years ago as a small, independent aerial installer, AV UK Ltd has grown significantly, mainly because of Sky’s confidence in their service, providing them with the status of ‘Sky Approved Installer’, which only 4% of Sky installers achieve. In addition, AV UK is one of only twelve ‘Communal Sky Approved Installers’ in the UK, which means that they are officially approved to install Sky digital satellite television into communal buildings.
They are now one of the leading aerial and satellite installation companies in the area, with extensive installation experience in all types of properties, including houses, flats, apartments, schools, colleges and communal buildings. It is due to this wealth of experience and their continued success and growth that has seen the company increase from a handful of staff to more than a hundred employees.
AV UK Ltd’s move to Tocher House, Start Hill, Bishop’s Stortford, will mean that the company’s capacity, resources and processes will all be improved, along with the room to grow more. However, the emphasis is still on local knowledge and expertise and the team are committed to continuing to provide a high quality, caring service.
The AV UK Ltd grand opening will be taking place at the beginning of August, which will be in the form of an Open Day. Local businesses and consumers will be invited, along with some key people from Sky and a ‘very special guest’ from Sky – more details to follow!
