LUSSMANNS hooked the Restaurant and Cafe award in the St Albans and Harpenden Retailer of the Year 2010 competition.
Owner Andrei Lussmann said: "We have come second in the last two years, it's nice to win this year. I'm very happy that the poeple who live in St Albans percieve us to be the local favourites."
