It's always great to see schools in Bishop's Stortford putting on plays and musical events, they're always full of energy and talent in abundance and often support a worthy cause. On Saturday night I attended a music and dance extravaganza at Hockerill Anglo-European College, in aid of a partner school in Southern India. The food was terrific and the music and dance was brilliant, all organised and performed by students from the school.
It got me thinking about how fantastic it would be to read about some of the great activities going on in the schools throughout the Sawbridgeworth, Stansted, Dunmow and Bishop's Stortford region. For example, St Mary's Catholic School in Bishop's Stortford have an afternoon of music from Mozart to West End musicals, planned on the 5th of December.
