They’re getting married in the morning! Yes the big day is just one sleep away as we all prepare for, not only the wedding of the Century, but for some of us another glorious day off work. A day to celebrate our traditions, heritage and ‘Britishness’ with a right Royal ‘do’.
So what’s happening in our region to celebrate the nuptials on Friday? Here’s a small selection of events to get you in the party mood.
Royal start to Bishop’s Stortford Music Festival
Stortford Music Festival have announced details of a special opening night party for this year’s event, taking place on Friday April 29. The King of rock ‘n’ roll, Elvis Presley in the form of local Elvis impersonator Wesley Presley will open the evening, which opens at 8pm at the festival site on St. Mary’s School field.
