Having stayed at Rose Cottage on a number of occasions over the years, the quality of the service has stayed of top quality. Marje and Terry have become familiar faces to me and the stay always feels like a holiday. A friendly face can always be assured, as can a well kept room and high quality breaksfast. Excellent.

What a wonderful place to stay, so homely and welcoming. The rooms are of a very high standard and everything makes you want to stay again! Marj and Terry are perfect hosts making you feel very welcome. Well done for a gem of a bed and breakfast.

My wife and I have just returned to our home County of Lancashire having been away for many years. During that time when we wanted to visit family and friends we had to stay somewhere. With good luck we found Rose Cottage, averitable gem when it comes to B & B.
Marj and Terry have spared no effort and expense in making their home an Oasis for the weary traveller. The Bedrooms are worthy of a 4 star Hotel, fitted out to perfection. For the breakfast Marj uses all local produce, and puts in front of you a mouth watering meal, while at the same time the diet goes out of the window.
Now that we have moved back home we shall miss staying at Rose Cottage, but at least the diet is back on track.

I have just enjoyed my seventh stay at Rose Cottage, and highly recommend a visit to all my friends. Marje and Terry are the perfect hosts, and always make me feel extremly welcome into their picturesque cottage. I have always had a comfortable stay and look forward to revisiting Rose Cottage and enjoying the delicious breakfast. Thanks Marje
