Have used these guys since I started out in the motor trade thirtyish years ago.
From supplying key blanks for Rovers, to use on our own key cutting machine, to rebuilding steering locks for Volvo and Saab. They had never let me down.
Today my wife's Nissan Micra decided it didn't want to let go of the key.
First port of call was of course the Nissan dealer in Leigh.
I have to say that they were very helpful and professional... But the parts alone were let's say "frightening".
Then my brain started working and I thought of BLC.
As the wife is a nurse at Bolton hospital it was a no-brainer.
I called them and they surpassed my expectations.
The car's booked in this Friday, at a fraction of the cost just for the parts from those nice people at Nissan.
I expect they will do the job to a high standard, using their many years of experience and professional attitude.

Monday afternoon 4pm I had swapped the battery in my van key fob, and then it wouldn't work! Started phoning local 24hr locksmiths to no avail until I reached Bolton Lock Company.

Excellent service. Had two other so called locksmiths round and both failed to see the problem, but charged far too much for doing nothing in effect. Bolton Lock came within the hour and identified the problem straight away and fixed a new cylinder. Price £76 for the call out, part and vat. very reasonable. Just don't bother with other locksmiths.
