Service was excellent. What we needed was provided instantly. Breakfast had good choice of selection -excellent choices. Room that we had was of good size. Only the furniture was a bit dated/worn out. Very helpful staff.

We stayed at the whites because we had plans for a night out in horwich the hotel is in a convenient location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.Would definitely start again given the chance

Rooms could do with a update, but very friendly staff as always, and great location. Restaurant and bar are nice, but have only had breakfast at the hotel as we found the food a little pricey. Overall not a bad hotel.

Room needed updating. In the bathroom, the tiling was poor and timber panels somewhat aged. Bed comfortable and the room clean. Generally ok. staff very good. no issues with the food provided. Breakfast good.Main bar and restaurant areas fine. did not try the leisure suite

The team were absolutely amazing on the day – with the tight turn around of lunch and afternoon room change, plus the extra dietaries I wasnt aware of outside the extra we catered for.

This hotel is very friendly, clean and tidy. Free car parking and the staff very helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. With a shopping centre a few hundred yards away makes this a perfect location, can get very busy if Bolton Wanderers are playing at home.

My room was a disabled room and two beds, it smelt of damp and it was very loud from the corridor, you could hear everything. The bar area and restaurant are really nice which is why it gets 3/5, the room 1/5 and the other parts of the hotel 4.5/5.

Great value for money everything perfect no complaints, everything was clean and was a really high standard for the price paid for the room. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area !!!!!

Stayed one night whilst visiting family. The reception was inviting and the staff friendly. We are in the hotel and again the staff were very attentive and the food tasty. We would certainly stay here again

Was a good night stay but some issues that I have raised with hotel good location good value for money. Staff friendly bug at times very hard to find. Didn’t eat there as I feel it is too pricey. Loads of parking but would expect that as a football stadium

Good function room for a big event. Very clean with friendly staff. Quite a confusing lay out and it took us a while to find the room but it was a nice open space once we’d arrived. The suite we were in (Premier suite) would only be suitable for parties over 100 due to the room size.

When the recent Bolton v West Brom game got moved to a Monday night, I immediately booked a room at The Bolton Whites hotel, it turned out to be the perfect location, actually part of the stadium itself. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. There is a also a great bar which was buzzing after the game. Free parking right outside the hotel / stadium.

We stayed here for two nights over the Christmas period whilst visiting family. The cost of the room was reasonably priced, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable and the staff we came across were all friendly. Parking was plentiful and the Middlebrook restaurants/shops were only a walk away. I'd look to stay again when visiting family.

Really enjoyed the NYE Gala dinner with our 4 friends. Which must be the 6th or 7th time we have attended this hotel for this celebration. we will be back for another visit soon. We have been to theatre shows, football matches and dinners, always enjoying our time here.

Very noisy with no ventilation in the windowless bedroom.
Very modern rooms with very good bathroom, but getting good rest in our room was difficult.
Breakfast was very good.
If I visit again I will ask for a different room area.
Extremely busy on match days, with young folk dashing everywhere and noisy.
But still would recommend.

Love this hotel and love the pitch view rooms. Reception Staff are always friendly and the young lads on the first floor coffee shop/restaurant are really approachable and friendly too. Would recommend this hotel. A nice shopping and eating complex in walking distance with bowling and cinema along with friendly football club - Bolton Wanderers 👍😊⚽️

I thoroughly enjoy using your pool and facilities.the towels are always fresh and clean.ii attended the pilates on Thursday and this was excellent. I was offered a free coffee and pastry which was very nice after too.the changing rooms need a little updating as do the lockers.the hotel itself is very clean.some of your reception staff require additional customer service training on how to be more friendly.your leisure staff should be banned from using their mobile phones while working.

Use this place a lot for meetings, food and staying here frequently as my work is near by. Have to say I can't really fault it. Great parking and amenities. Rooms are comfy, warm and clean. I guess the room decor could do with a spruce but that's only a minor niggle.

Not too bad. Handy for the Macron stadium. Rooms with the pitch view are chilly in winter, although they have a good view. I think these rooms are used as boxes during match days. There is a small leisure centre with sauna and steam room and small pool with Jacuzzi. The leisure centre showers were only providing cold water during my visit. All in all, a good budget hotel.

Not too bad, a little pricy for what you get, staff are a little miserable, some can't even be bothered to return a good morning greeting. Great location handy for the motorway. Breakfast was good although if you arrive at the later end of the allocated breakfast time, you will need to find a clean table and when you do cutlery is missing.

The hotel is amazing, the best word I can think of is edgy, food is a little on the pricey side but it is definitely made up by the luxurious room, great staff and quality aesthetics of the hotel. I've stayed 2 night on a work trip and its fantastic, if you do fancy to eat out there is plenty of restraints and bars around, but with regards to entertainment, I just found myself in the hotel room watching the selection of freeview TV. I would class the hotel as a high class professional hotel.
