Good location, breakfast amazing, staff friendly however the rooms are very dated in decor and the sofa bed mattress needs replacing. It was more comfortable on the floor and no mini bar as stated on room details

Been here on business a number of times, rooms always clean and well presented. Staff can't do enough to help.

Close to the motorway, easy to find with lots of free parking and very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were bright and clean. A little way out of the town centre but taxis arrive quickly and are not expensive. Breakfast is a good value for money option. Not sure what it would be like on a match day, so might be worth checking first.

stayed here for a function. the food was amazing and excellent quality. The staff worked hard and collected plates immediately, it was well organised and punctual. Everyone was happy!! I would definitely recommend... and to have the function within view of the pitch was an added bonus!

stayed over as we were attending a conference in the suite next door. Staff, food all exceptional and find was reasonably priced. Hotel was very well laid out, room was generous sized clean and tidy. Would have liked a tissue dispenser, but apart from that no complaints

Another pleasant stay. Always looked after.But the football was disappointing.Always used this hotel from it's conception. The staff are always helpfull and eager to help.From booking in to leaving always someone on hand.

A fantastic stay as usual, staff are very friendly, lady on r3ceptoon on check in and check out ver6 efficient, same person, very thought, explained everything, a really good experience, the corporate event was also good with excellent food and waiting staff.

I travelled to the UK as a part of a touring football team that my son was playing with. We spent 3 nights at Bolton Whites Hotel and found the accomodation satisfactory; the rooms were neat and tidy, and also important for a travelling Australian-warm!
The restaurant was very welcoming, and the staff were very accomodating of my dietary requirements (celiac and vegan).
The hotel is located close to shops and star bucks coffee.

We only stayed 1 night. Just off the motorway. Nice sized room.
Though we didn't visit any of them there a selection of shops and eating places very close to the hotel..
Will stay there again as all the staff are friendly and the hotel is in a good location.

I just need a place for a stopover on my journey south. this hotel was right next to motorway junction & easy to find. very pleasant pool and spa facilities. room ok as it had all that is needed for a stop over. Not sure how I would have reached to hang anything in the wardrobe as hanger must have been 6 feet off the ground. good shopping centre within walking distance - so why pay £12 for breakfast in the hotel?

The entrance area was good, however the suites was very tired. The sofa had stains of unknown origin , picture was taken, and was also curling at the ends. The size of the room was excellent. To top off the stay the heating aircon worked for 5 mins and then displayed an error message and the lift didn't come to our floor so had to walk up emergency steps.

The hotel was lovely. Our rooms and hotel were extremely clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to anyone. Everything you need from a hotel and great location

This hotel was booked as a business trip and having looked at the website the rooms looked quite nice, the room was clean but looking very tired with mould around the bath seals, chipped paint on the towel rails and my bathroom door looked like a rodent had been chewing the bottom of the door over a few months.
The room service menu was very poor and very overpriced £15 for a burger or you could opt for the mixed grill at £28, pizza was on the menu but only after 11pm ?
The room was very warm despite it been cold outside and no heating switched on either, there was no air conditioning and leaving the window open wasn't an option as i found out due to sirens and speeding cars on the main road which you are next to, so plan B was the squeaky fan that was in the room.
The breakfast selection was pretty good with lots of variety for all.

Easy check in on arrival. Free parking at the hotel. Hospitality tray:) Hot water in the shower. Trouser press if needed. Toiletries in bathroom. Plenty of storage space and slept welk on the bed. Overall I would definitely recommend.

An excellent experience staying at a hotel situated within a football stadium. All the fitness, gym, steam room, sauna & many more facilities are included in your stay. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is joy to eat in together with the bar adjacent.

Overall ok, had few luggages and didnt get much help on departure.I had to personally chase for people to help. Lady at reception wasnt helpful at all.Lift to 6th floor was broken so i expected staff to help with luggage.

The rooms are getting tired, peeling paper, a bit scruffy, but none the less the bedding was clean etc. It is the worst hotel that I have ever visited for facilities being 'all over the place' you endlessly go up and down stairs (because one lift was out of action) to access the room and restaurant and bar. However the room service is hopeless, my breakfast arrived without a spoon to eat with and I ordered tea and I got a cup, milk sugar etc but no tea!

This visit was a surprise as we usually go elsewhere. Good location and pleasant staff. Bedroom needs updating. Great breakfast. Had a drink in bar, very pleasant. Price was reasonable. Large free car park.

Nice rooms, clean and has everything you need.
Only criticism is that the rooms could do with a refurb. Decor is dated and so is the bathroom. Looks like the rooms haven't had much done to them in the last twenty years.

Although only staying for the one night, the bed was ideal for a good nights sleep.The extras in the room, Ironing board, Iron, Kettle and Trouser Press were much appreciated.The Restaurant, food, staff and layout were commendable.The Hotel was clean and quiet.

We were welcomed and made to feel at home from the moment we stepped inside. All of the staff were professional and friendly. We are vegan and the catering staff were amazingly serving fresh wholesome meals to cater to us and our friends regular diets. The spa and pool were fantastic and the gym provided everything I need for a workout. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Bolton Whites!

Everything was satisfactory, except the location of electric outlets. There were no bedside outlets, which caused a trouble for my mobile phone which needed to be beside me while I was sleeping. Hope this will be mended as soon as possible.

Great experience Rooms and bathrooms outdated but service and staff were exceptional. Food was amazing and we will definitely come back. Rooms and carpet need an upgrade. Location is very good with various shops around.
