Wonderful service from start to finish. Bought our new 7 seat Hyundai Santa Fe from this family owned company. Ryan dealt with our queries and sale. He was very thorough with every detail and answered all my questions too. Brilliant place! I was on the hunt for a certain car & drove by Fish Motors on the off chance & happened to find a car at a great price.
All staff are friendly & welcoming but would like to say a massive thank you to Matthew - he was very patient with me whilst I made the decision on my new car, I didn’t once feel pressured or experience any pushy sales. He was very helpful in making it happen as getting the finance loan wasn’t as easy as I initially thought. I was kept me up to date on the process at all times & Matthew was great at chasing the finance company to get things moving.
I also received a thank you box at the end of handover which was a lovely, unexpected gesture & much appreciated ☺️
I love my new car so far & overall, I was happy with the whole experience so once again thank you Matthew! ☺️
