I only went to look at an X6 BMW for my partner and walked away with a Jaguar F-Pace R-sport for me as well as the X6. Very relaxed sales team, no pressure sale - allow you to think it over before committing to anything, and when I had a very small issue with the car it was booked in to sort quickly and convenient to me. I recently traded in my old Audi for a used A7. I drove a long way from Coventry to Bolton, which seemed worth it based on the strength of the reviews. I was not disappointed. I found a few issues on inspection and Chris addressed them all by the time I returned a week later to complete the deal. The part exchange deal was very fair and uncomplicated, and I drove home in my new vehicle feeling satisfied with my purchase decision.
