Very good although staff seemed to be on edge in bar and restaurant. No potatoes served with the pie Beds were very comfortable. No bottled water in bedrooms, also no information on local sightseeing available to peruse at leisure.

Just been on the zumba weekend. Had a great weekend. The rooms were really nice. And all the staff looked after us really well. And would like to mention Jane who was on hand and made sure everything went smoothly. See you next year!!

We attended the last drop village this weekend for our 4th annual Zumba weekend!! I can't thank the staff enough for all your hard work and help over the weekend, you went above and beyond. Everyone had an amazing time!! A Special mention to Jane, for all your hard work this weekend yet again. And a special mention to Dave (aka mr deeds) for helping us during the weekend. Karen and Chloe, thank you for your help behind the scenes leading up to the event. It couldn't have gone any better and I will be booking again for next year's event. Everyone can't wait 😊

Delusions of grandeur Breakfast was really nice and the bed was comfy and the TV and shower were great. A lot of dirt in the room, dirty towels, tea and coffee splashes on the walls, dusty carpet. The walls were paper thin so every time someome walked up the stairs or down the corridor it woke us up. They charge a £5 per person tray charge for room service!!! I have had room service in some really fancy hotels that didn't charge that! I dont know why this place thinks thats OK... especially after you have already paid about £20 for your meal and a drink each! No one cleaned our room even though we left the room at midday... not exactly late? No mini bar or fridge so if you want a soft drink you have to walk to the bar to get it or pay £5 tray charge for them to bring you one!

Okay the hotel was comfortable and welcoming, however, food was not of a high standard and charging £12.90 for 2 x rashers of bacon, some scrambled eggs, 1 x has brown and some beans was way over the top

Staff, spa and gym facilities A++ let down by poor cleanliness and poor food. The staff where excellent and so friendly, the spa and gym facilities are second to none and is why we chose to stay a second time. The food served at the courtyard bar was very poor and wasn't freshly cooked, it tasted bland and like it had been microwaved from frozen. This was very disapointing because the food was overpriced. The cleanliness of our room was borderline disgusting with a layer of dust on all surfaces and hairs on the bathroom floor. There was a wedding and 50th birthday celebration on the day we stayed which meant we didn't get a wink of sleep due to alcohol fueled noise that went on until 3am.

Great location with lovely surroundings. Room was spacious with everything we needed. Leisure facilities were brilliant. Very busy at breakfast and some things weren't replenished when they ran out but everything was lovely once it arrived.

The Last Drop Village is set in
lovely surroundings. Check in was easy, staff on reception friendly, welcoming and professional. I am recovering from a broken foot so enquired about the vicinity of our room to the venue and parking, we were offered a room in the cottages next to "The Drop" venue and parking (free) which was a perfect location.

We had room 83 Belmont Cottage, the bedroom was actually more like a suite, with an entrance hall, dressing room with dressing table and chair, hairdryer and iron, a large bathroom with in bath shower and toiletries, a large bedroom with a very comfy king-size bed and a large single bed. The bedroom also had a coffee table and chairs and kettle with tea and coffee. All was tastefully decorated clean and very comfortable. Only down side to the otherwise perfect accomadation was no complementary biscuit to have with hot drinks and loud noise from party goers until around 1.40am.

The evening venue was in The Drop, this was set out like a pub with tables and chairs and a food serving bar, another room is attached with a drinks bar, seating and a dancefloor.
It's functional and looked like a dated country pub.
The food being served was a let down for me, I am vegetarian and the sandwiches were cut into triangles in rows of mixed meat and non meat and the bread was not fresh, the pizza and chips were both poor quality frozen and overcoooked. I totally understand that the hotel has to work within the customers budget but there is no excuse for poor cooking, and food presentation.

The spa is free to use for hotel guests, unfortunately we didn't have time to use but our friends did and said they really enjoyed it.

As we stayed Saturday night the Sunday breakfast was served from 7.30 - 11am. A hot traditional and continental buffet with a good fruit, cerial and bread selection as as much as you could eat. My husband and I have regular weekends away so we think we are good judges of breakfasts, and we both said breakfast was as good as any we have had previously if not better. Breakfast was very busy with guests but this did not make a difference, it all ran like clockwork. The staff were amazing, service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The food was hot, fresh, tasty and plentiful.

I would love to stay again but would eat before a party to avoid disappoint ment.

We are locals to the last drop and recently went to a friends wedding here. The concept behind the place is fantastic but everytime they hold an event it has left us and other locals disappointed. From gin events, to vintage fair, craft fairs, 90s disco night to now a wedding. The wedding was very nice but the drinks were appalling. Flat soft drinks, poor selection and terrible wine. The meal itself for me (I had the lamb) was very nice but my wifes meal (chicken) was very dry. The evening food wasnt particular nice either...fish goujons ok but those hamburgers looked much better on display than what they tasted.

I think last drop have every thing right like the setting, friendly enough staff and concept but my the execution is still left wanton.

I have just returned from my 2nd Zumba spa weekend and would like to say how amazing Jane Moran is! Nothing is too much trouble for her and all the staff, but Jane goes that extra mile with a huge smile on her face. Thank you again - same time next year!

My daughter Katrina treated me. Our Beauty treatment with Lydia was perfect. She was very professional. And we we're so relaxed. Our Afternoon tea was amazing. Definitely first class from start to finish. Also took cake home. The management and staff are a credit to the Hotel. Definitely going back.

Overall ok, but overpriced drinks and food and water being off ruined it. The water went off twice during the evening of our stay. My partner was in the shower at the time and it took 25 minutes before it came back on. He was freezing. It took my 3 times to get through at reception and the person just kept saying it will be 10 minutes each time. We were there for a wedding and so it made us late. The prices for drinks and food were extortionate as well, never been to a wedding venue where the drinks were that expensive.

Stayed here for one night after a flight delay. Beautiful hotel. Very clean and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are also lovely with an infinity pool. We had dinner and breakfast both were delicious. Would recommend.

Peaceful retreat, nice village attached to the hotel.relaxing leisure facilities, big hot spa, many sauna type choices and excellent size pool. Dined in the restaurant, great food quality in the main restaurant and excellent service from waitress and Harvey (well done for attention to detail). Not far from Railway station (Bromley Cross Station).

Had been looking forward to staying at The Last Drop while visiting relatives in the area. Beautiful surroundings, hotel and room were clean, pool and spa excellent. Nice touch that lovely fluffy bathrobes were in our room which we used when using the pool on our second day. Unfortunately these had been removed when we returned later in the day, presumably by the maid while cleaning our room. Asked reception to kindly replace, however this wasn't done. Beware anyone with a Tastecard, the restaurant manager said we needed to book for a meal, 24hours in advance, even for a snack in the tea shop! When we questioned this he said he would honour it 'this time'. We had also booked for evening meal in the restaurant with 4hours notice, but he sent a staff member to tell us we had to dine in the bar area, even though the restaurant was virtually empty! We were less than impressed with his manner. Overall, our stay at this beautiful place was spoilt by his attitude and a few other less than helpful staff members. We will not be returning.

Pleasant I stay here every 2 months for a couple of nights. I normally have a really nice room . Sadly this time the room was not too clean, it was very small and the window in the bathroom was a mess . The receptionist were super lovely, as always.Friendly, caring and professional. I had travelled from France for Grandma's funeral.

When visiting family there, we would stay again. The location, Bromley Crossings, was great to spend time with family who live very close. It is a very quaint hotel in a beautiful setting. Our room was modern and on the main floor. Enjoyed the large indoor swimming pool. The towels were not white as they should have been. The room was not vacuumed daily. The toiletries were not refreshed daily. The last evening we arrived in the room and there were no towels. A call to the front desk fixed that. The towels were delivered in a heap, not folded as one would expect.
