On behalf of our family, and my son, Levi in particular, I would like to extend my most grateful thanks for the absolutely stunning job you have done on the Grey Honda Civic Type S (BG10 VXM).
The car looks and drives superbly and not only an you not tell it was ever in an accident, I think the finish of the repairs is incredible – Thank you !
I realise that there were issues with the managing agent for the insurers (Albany) not correctly passing on information and generally messing us both about, but you all remained professional throughout and despite all of the hassles from all sides, continued to do an excellent job to an incredibly high standard.

I would like to thank Perfect Finish in Farnworth. They were very supportive and very kindly continued that support even once total loss was confirmed. Without their support we would have had far more difficulty getting back on the road. My wife needs a car to get to work and I need her to get me around as i have limited mobility and get no financial support for that. They not only gave us a courtesy car they were patient whilst we panicked to get a replacement car. When we contacted them to arrange return of their car they kindly arranged transport back from their premises and honoured their promise to get us back on time. This was despite them being clearly busy in a friday afternoon with high winds threatening the closure of the short route. Such compassion and honour is rare in even small businesses these days. We may not be able to comment on their work quality but on a customer service level they excelled far beyond any reasonable expectations
