I’ve always been anxious when it come to gyms, but it’s so warm and welcoming, friendly staff and super clean! Never thought I’d feel comfortable in them gym!
Shoutout to my amazing PT Jules, who has helped with my confidence and supported through my gym journey, and always goes above and beyond for her clients! She and all the staff deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work!

Very tidy and really nice place to workout as there is loads of equipment. Fun classes and always staff able to help. The PT’s are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially my PT Jules who I’ve been going to for almost a year. Great gym especially for the price.

Only criticism is since the gym refresh a few weeks ago, the eliptical runners and exercise bikes are too close together. For the former, this is a particular problem because if you're working out next to someone there are frequent elbow and arm bumps. It doesn't look like there's a shortage of space. Why not move them apart a little???

Definitely recommend. Neat and tidy most of the time with cleaners and staff making sure everything's clean. Staff are also super nice especially my PT Chantelle, she's a star. Been a member for a while and not had any problems whatsoever.

Fantastic gym, always clean and tidy. I’ve recently started PT sessions, and my PT is amazing, so polite, very knowledgable and overall lovely staff. Very affordable to, with it being open 24/7.

Really nervous about being a new comer to the gym. All the staff made me feel so welcome and feel like I could ask for help if needed with no judgment. Special shout out to Chantelle for being so caring and amazing in our 1 to 1s. Couldn’t recommend it enough

This new layout is terrible. There are less machines overall. Previously it was logical, I was able to do whole workouts with machines on one floor, now I have to constantly move between the floors every time…
For example they moved two of the leg machines from upstairs to the middle of the upper body machine sea next to the outside lockers. How is it logical that after finishing with the adductor machine you have to walk to the other corner of the building on an other floor to use the leg extension machine?
Also, the class area is closed from the side now and they moved/removed the machines from the front where they created an area that only personal trainers will use + now when there is a class it feels like they are using the whole floor. The area upstairs in the corner has also become cramped because of this change.
—- But still, it’s a good gym for the price.

I love being a member of this gym, the equipment and the changing rooms are always clean and the classes are great as I have tried a few of them.
My favourite class is the fit box I really appreciate how the personal trainer (Connor) is committed in each and every class always bringing new things for us to try, personally I have discovered a passion for boxing and this classes feel like therapy for me. I always leave feeling amazing and wanting to come back.
I also would like to say a big thanks to every single staff in the gym group bolton for such a great work and for always being so supportive.

I absolutely love this place ,it's clean lots of machines hardly ever have to wait for any machines the staff are all friendly and welcoming too.
The other thing that would make this place better if the classes were in a separate room and not infront of everyone in the gym .

The gym is well equipped with an enormous amount of equipment. An excellent combination of lifting and cardio machines, mostly available throughout the day and night time. Yes, you read it correctly, the place is 24 hours accessible and provides a hygienic and dedicated space for your exercise.
