About
WAVE Adventure is a wonderful charity right here in Bolton which is run by part time staff, freelance coaches and volunteers, all of whom are passionate about the outdoors and introducing people to healthy new activities!
The team at WAVE Adventure offer a range of different activities to promote health and wellbeing, and not only that, all of their sessions are adapted to people’s needs, so it doesn’t matter your ability!
Volunteering
WAVE Adventure are always on the lookout for passionate and enthusiastic volunteers to join their wonderful team.
They will provide all the training for volunteers to take a lead on extra sessions on a regular basis.

Funding
As WAVE Adventure is a non-profit organisation, they provide most of their services for free or very low cost.
They have received amazing funding from BBC Children in Need, People’s Health Trust, FM Awards and Warburtons which has enabled them to set up a range of new programmes.
WAVE rely on funding or donations to help provide their activities, so if you would like to make a donation, or help with fundraising – the team would love to hear from you!
