Bolton training company Alliance Learning have triumphed again in being awarded the prestigious Investors in People Award (IIP). The Investors in People Award is an award nationally recognised as a bench mark of excellence and one that they have held for over 13 years.
Chief Executive Julie Robinson is quoted as saying: ‘I am delighted with how far the company has come since the last assessment; the feedback I received from our IIP Assessor was phenomenal.’
Over the last year there have been considerable changes to the structure of the business, especially at senior management level, creating opportunities for promotion and advancement within the staff.
Amongst the staff there are those who have many years of training experience in their field of expertise and they take a friendly and professional approach to training people, they thrive on helping people learn, gain new skills, and fulfil their potential.
One of their staff members has gained the Young Business Person of the Year award demonstrating how committed the company is to the development and investment in its staff.
