PSG are a franchised organisation with over 65 offices throughout the country. The local office, PSG Manchester Northwest is run by Co Directors Ian Oliver from Bury and Jackie Barcock from Bolton
At a recent Franchisee meeting held in July at The Village Hotel in Bury they were recognised and rewarded for their efforts over the last difficult trading year
Prizes were awarded to Ian and Jackie by Stephen Murray, PSG’s National Business Development manager in the presence of many of their peers and colleagues
PSG Manchester NW, based in offices on Bolton Road in Bury came out on top amongst the whole PSG national network of 65 offices for having produced the most conveyancing searches for solicitors.
They also came top for promoting the fantastic new online ordering system and having the most conveyancing orders placed through the system during this period.
The prizes didn’t stop there for PSG Manchester North West they also came 3rd for completing the highest amount of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) now a legal requirement for the sale or rental of all properties.
Co Director and local business man Ian Oliver says;
‘’ This is great news for us and our team in what has been an extremely difficult couple of years during the credit crunch. The property crash added to the difficulties, but it just shows what perseverance and offering quality products and services can achieve. Our staff have been fantastic in their continued support, loyalty and commitment’’
In the past, PSG have been awarded the “PSG Franchisee of the Year” on two separate occasions and also won the more local but valued prize for Customer Excellence at the prestigious Bolton and Bury Business Awards in 1998
