Bolton's favourite son and one of the nation's most beloved comics, Peter Kay, has broken box office records with ticket sales for his latest tour.
Playing 28 dates at the MEN arena in Manchester, the massive 'Tour that Doesn't Tour Tour' has sold over three quarters of a million tickets, making it the largest stand-up tour in current history.
The comedian, who was born and raised in Farnworth, Bolton, also scored his third number one single last year with his official Children in Need song and continues to provide the voice of Big Chris in children's TV favourite, Rory The Racing Car.
Tickets for the tour are selling fast and can be found on the MEN website.
