At thebestof bolton we are all about positive customer recommendation and we really embrace the value in this and how fantastic it is to reward people and businesses for their outstanding work.
This is also recognised by Bolton Council and Bolton Resdents are being invited to choose a member of staff from the council who they think has given them great service.
The 'Boltons Best' Awards celebrate and reward local council emplyeers for the work they do across the borough to make a difference to the lives of local people.
There are nine awards altogether with 'Best Customer Care 2011' being one of the catagories and this award is designed for those staff who the public feel have gone the extra mile to give outstanding service.
You can nominate a member of staff online, print and post the nomination form or fill in a nomination form at council information points such as the One Stop Shop in Bolton Town Hall.
