Bolton Festival of the Arts: exhibition and activity opportunities for artists
Bolton Festival of the Arts will see work from students, professionals and community artists as well as organisations and businesses all coming together for a celebration of creativity in the town.
The events will take place mostly over the weekend of the 16th and 17th of June and a major element of the event will be an ‘art trail’ with artists creating bespoke work to display in businesses and empty shop units. Additionally other art workshops may be temporarily housed in shop units across the town centre.
This event is exciting for Bolton as it not only showcases the talent of the town to visitors and residents alike but gives those creative people a chance to show off their artwork in places and to people who would not normally get to see it.
