Wooo Hooo its finally happening. Bolton Council have given the go-ahead for what will probably be the best event seen in Bolton for a long time. Bolton's 'One Big Weekend' will kick off on Thursday 16th September 2010 beginning four days of excitement and activity.
Amir Kahn will start the whole proceedings at 5pm on the Thursday along with Paddy and Marlon from Emmerdale and the Mayor all helping to entertain the crowds.
The whole event has been organised by Henry Hill of Bolton Firm Northwest Funfairs and is sponsired by Metro Salvage of Waterloo Street. Proceeds from the event will go to the Mayors Charity, Royal Machester Hospital and to help the flood victims of Pakistan.
