2015 Party Nights

Party nights are taking place on 5^th December which is also a Take That Tribute Night, 11^th December, 12^th December, 17^th December, 18^th December and 19^th December.

You will be treated to a delicious 3 course meal of cream of potato soup, turkey, clementine tart, macaroons and so much more and their premier suite will be transformed into a winter wonderland for you.

Christmas Lunches

You will surely be impressed with the menu at Bolton Whites Hotel on Christmas Day.

You will be greeted with an arrival drink and canapes.

For starters there’s:

• Rustic chicken liver and foie gras pate, fig chutney and orange brioche.
• Potted kiln cooked salmon, sauce verte, sundried tomato bread
• Whipped goat’s cheese, beetroot flavour, pea shoots
• Butternut squash and chestnut soup, sage oil (V)

For Mains there’s:

• Sage and butter roast turkey breast, dry fruit stuffing, londant potato, carrot puree, nutmeg sautéed brussels sprouts, pancetta dust, roasting juices.
• Roast strip loin of beef, fondant potato, honey roast roots, wild mushroom fricassee, red wine jus
• Pan fried sea bass, lobster crushed potatoes, grilled asparagus, champagne butter sauce
• Wild mushroom brioche pie, creamed potatoes, baby leeks, cream sauce (V)

And desserts:

• Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
• Apple and almond cheesecake
• Dark chocolate and raspberry tart
• Selection of cheese and biscuits

007 New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner

Come and celebrate New Year’s Eve in style, you’ll be greeted with a martini and then you can enjoy the delicious 4 course menu available!

Not only that, there will be live entertainment on the night and a resident DJ for you to enjoy!

Narnia New Year’s Eve Family Night

The Premier Suite at Bolton Whites Hotel will be transformed into the magical world of Narnia for New Years Eve, there will be a themed buffet and not only that, a quirky dessert station!
