Time is almost up for businesses in the Bolton area to appeal against the current cost of their business rates.
If you are a commercial property owner within the Bolton area, you can appeal against the business rate set against you before the current five year financial period ends on the 31st March.
A business rate evaluation takes places every five years when the Valuation Office re-assesses all commercial property across the United Kingdom and then sets the amount of business rates those properties will pay for the next five years.
