Diwali Celebrations are about to get into full swing in Bolton over the next few days.
Diwali is one of the biggest festivals for the Hindu Culture and is celebrated with great enthusiasm and excitement. The festival is celebrated for 5 continuous days with the third day being celebrated as the main 'Festival of Lights'. On this day people light up lights called Diyas and candles all around the house and the festival wouldnt be complete without the exchange of gifts.
Bolton has a fantastic Hindu Culture in Bolton and as such, many of our local venues are holding Diwali celebrations in recognition and respect of this event.
J2 Nightclub and Bar will be holding a Diwali Special night on Friday 5th November.
G-Casino will be holding a celebratory event on Sunday 7th November 2010 from 10pm.
