New Year’s Eve Family Night
The family night on December 31st at Bolton Whites Hotel is perfect for any family with a sweet tooth, as it has a delightful Willy Wonka theme. Every dish has been given a Willy Wonka twist, for example dig in to Mrs Gloop’s lazy lasagne or Charlie Bucket’s big burger and wonka ketchup.
There is even a special selection of chocolate factory favourites to munch on, including sundae smartie showers, jammy dodger doughnuts and choccy wokky doo daa mud pie.
New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner on New Year’s Eve is one of the most sophisticated events at Bolton Whites Hotel. The whole evening’s theme is New York, so on your arrival at the event you’ll be greeted with a cocktail reception before tucking into the American themed menu.
For starters there’s potted poached salmon and Boston shrimp cocktail. Next in the menu is tomato, apple and celery soup. The main course is New York Striploin with hash browns, creamed wild mushrooms, fine beans and red wine jus. Then for dessert savour baked New York vanilla cheesecake served with toasted marshmallows, strawberry dust and chocolate sauce. The final course is coffee and truffles.
Once the meal is over see in the New Year with the live singers, DJ and party music.
Christmas Lunches and Dinners
Throughout December at Bolton Whites Hotel they are dishing up their gorgeous Christmas menu at their Heathcotes Brasserie. The tasty dishes on offer here include roast beef with all the trimmings, roast turkey with all the trimmings, hot spinach soufflé, Christmas pudding, sticky toffee pudding and a selection of Lancashire cheese.
Christmas Bed and Breakfast

Christmas Day Menu
The menu at Bolton Whites Hotel changes slightly on Christmas Day itself, but it’s still just as magnificent as ever. You’ll get chef’s choice canapés and an arrival drink, before your starters are served. Then for the main meal there is turkey, glazed ham and roast cod loin. Dessert includes a selection of cheese and biscuits, glazed lemon tart and chocolate creamy yule log.

Winter Wonderland Party Nights
Every Friday and Saturday night is Winter Wonderland Part Nights at Bolton Whites Hotel. Their Premier Suite will be transformed into a winter wonderland for you and all your guests.
