Helio Fitness is throwing open its doors to non-members this coming weekend for three FREE days (Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd June) of fabulous health and fitness fun.
Helio Fitness have a nice educational programme running on Friday so why not come along, train and speak to our expert trainers.
The weekend begins bright and early at 6am on Friday with the kettlebell training. Following that is the athlete training at 6.30am. 2-3pm and 5-6pm is an hour dedicated to squat training and mobilisation. Finally at 6-7pm is the injury prevention workshop.
On the Saturday between 9.30 and 10am there will be a bootcamp session. At midday it’s the body blast class. 3pm is the time of strength and conditioning and 3.30pm is when the boxing fit class begins.
On Sunday at 9.30am is the abtastic class. The luscious legs class starts at 11.30am. Noon -1pm is the boxercise class and 1.30pm is the time of boxercise. Finally Xtreme Circuits rounds everything off at 2.30pm.
The Mobilisation Workshop is a movement-based integrated full-body approach that addresses all the elements that limit movement and performance including short and tight muscles, soft tissue restriction, joint capsule restriction, motor control problems, joint range of motion dysfunction, and neural dynamic issues. In short, mobilization is a tool to globally address movement and performance problems.
These all promise to be excellent workshops if you are looking to progress your training. This open weekend is open to everyone whether you know a member or not. Come on down and take a look at our fantastic gym and speak with our expert trainers.
It is air conditioned and fully equipped with state of the art facilities. The pulse equipment comes complete with built in TV’s and Ipod docks. The team are all very friendly and will run through with you all fitness goals.
