Well we are crossing our fingers and toes and hoping for a good spell of weather really soon and to coincide with this, Izabelas at Vanilla Red in Bolton have just launched their lovely new summer menu.
With lots of yummy familiar items on the menu such as Lasagne and Minced beef and Onion puff pastry pie, and a few unusual Eastern European dishes due to demand from customers like Pierogi Ruski (Russian dumplings), Bigos (Polish national dish of cabbage and sausage), Krokety z kapusta (polish dish of meat and vegetable filled pancakes, breadcrumbed and fried).
For those of you wanting something a little lighter, they are doing a range of Salads which include Chicken and Bacon Salad, Grilled Goats Cheese Salad and a Tuna and Egg Salad.
You will be in for a real treat at Izabelas this summer as not only do you get the delicious food above, they also sell a full range of gormet coffees.
To top all that, you can even dine 'al fresco' in their lovely walled garden. A tranquil lovely place to escape to right in the centre of Bolton.
