Fidgets Soft Play Centre on Dunscar Business Park in Bolton are looking for an operations manager to join their wonderful team.
The available job role is for a Soft Play Centre and Party Venue Operations Manager.
As part of this job role, the successful applicant will be responsible for 20 staff in total, kitchen staff, soft play assistants and party hosts.
The working hours are 40 hours/ 5 days per week over 7 days to include weekend shifts.
As the manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the play centre, café and parties, including opening up and closing down, ensuring that the business is running in a safe manner.
This is a very ‘hands on’ role, so the successful applicant is expected to muck in with all aspects of the daily operation of the business and is required to lead by example.
