As part of the ‘Helping Hands’ Appeal Bolton Lads and Girls Club are pleased to announce that plans are now in place for Bolton Lads and Girls Club’s team building community fundraiser of the year!
By getting involved in this team building day you will not only reap the rewards in your business but also be supporting the club’s appeal for the community to ‘muck in’ for the future of Bolton. We invite you to visit the Army Base at Holcombe Moor famously known as the location for TV’s ‘The Krypton Factor.’ You will compete in command tasks such as climbing, human table football, problem solving and paintballing (to name but a few)...the day will build to the pivotal point where your team will complete the original Krypton Factor course (as seen on TV)
Is teamwork the most important thing in your company? Everyone pulling in the same direction? YES! Then the ‘Krypton Factor’ is for you...
This team building event will improve the function of your team by building confidence, developing communication skills and ultimately improving relationships. The army, through their full programme of activities will enhance the dynamics within your team, motivate all members to achieve goals on the day and help you to take that same team spirit back into the workplace longer after the day is over! All you need to bring is your lunch and your troops!
