Horwich based training provider Alliance Learning recently had a visit from the newly elected Mayor of Horwich Ken Denton.
Ken had an in depth tour of the Horwich based training provider which delivers Apprenticeships and training courses to 1000’s of local people each year. Alliance Learning based on the Horwich Loco Estate, Bolton will be celebrating its 50th anniversary next year and will be holding numerous events throughout 2016 to celebrate this milestone.
Ken had the following comments about his visit:
“I really enjoyed the visit and it certainly surprised me. I knew of Alliance Learning previously but I certainly wasn’t prepared for the scope of the business. It is good to see so many apprentices under training and bodes well for the future of industry. I have not stopped telling people about a jewel in Horwich’s crown. If only they had this sort of thing when I was a lad. I will continue to sing Alliance Learnings praises amongst people who don’t know about the progress. Keep up the good work.”
