Membership is now available for the new ‘Bolton One’ Gym
The countdown is on for the opening of the new multi-million ound health and fitcness centre.
Boltons One’s leisure facility opens on Febvurary 1st but members can start to sign up now. The £30 million pound complex boasts a 25m swimming pool, a hydrotherapy pool, fitness suite and an aerobics studio as well as a full community gym.
Members of the gym can shoose a personalised fitness programme drawn up by one of the many qualified fitness trainers and they can also take part in classes such as yoga, salsa or body combat.
Membership costs start from as little as £15.99 per month for swim only memberships to £19.99 per month for the use of the fitness suite £24.99 for the suite and gym and £36.99 per month to include the workout classes.
Some activities will also be available on a pay as you go basis.
In addition to the gym, every resident in Bolton is being offered a FREE swimming session when it opens next month. There will also be 2012 FREE exercise classes available on offer too on a first come first served basis and all this is offered to coincide with the Olympic Games. The pool will be open daily from 6.30am-10pm.
Free swimming is currently on offer to young people under 16 and those over 60 but council bosses have extended this to give everyone the opportunity to visit Bolton One.
