As GCSE results are announced this week thousands of young people will be considering their options and deciding what route to take next. Bolton based Alliance Learning are encouraging young people to get in touch and find out how an Apprenticeship might be the perfect fit.
Apprentices earn a wage whilst working towards recognised qualifications and are in full time employment with employers who value apprentices enough to invest into their future.
Over 60 jobs are currently being advertised on the Alliance Learning website across the Bolton, Bury, Chorley, Wigan, Burnley and Manchester areas with roles including: Trainee Business Administrator, Brand Protection Apprentice, Apprentice Nursery Practitioner as well a wide range of Engineering positions in Mechanical, Electrical and Fabrication for top businesses located across the Greater Manchester and Lancashire areas.
All the job vacancies offer a salary, paid holidays and training which will lead to a nationally recognised qualification and the opportunity for young people to quickly progress to more senior roles in their chosen career.
Kelly Perkin, Acting Chief Executive of Alliance Learning, explains why working towards an apprenticeship is such a good idea:
“Young people who stay on in education or work-based training will be able to develop their skills and gain qualifications which will give them more opportunities throughout their life and more chance of fulfilling their potential.
“Many young people want to go straight into employment so that they can start earning money, however, this is not always the best choice in the long run. With an apprenticeship young people can do both; earn a wage and gain fantastic qualifications.”
Alliance Learning has over 50 years’ experience in the training of apprentices. All tutors are highly experienced and qualified in their sector which means they are able to provide the very best levels of support and guidance throughout the programme, meaning learners consistently achieve high pass rates.
Anyone who is interested in finding out more about the apprenticeships on offer can either call 01204 677888 for an informal chat with the Apprenticeship team or visit www.alliancelearning.com to view the current vacancies and apply online.
