Job Description
As a Deputy Manager at Party and Play you’ll need to be friendly, helpful, flexible, enthusiastic and organised. This is a great opportunity to further your career and develop your skills in a business which was established in 2007 and now employs around 25 staff.
Supervisory experience in a customer service, retail or leisure environment would be ideal. Experience of key-holder duties would also be desirable, and numeracy, administrative and computer literacy skills are essential.
Keen to rise to new challenges and solve any problems when they arise, you’ll also always take pride in carrying out your work to the best of your ability. Being able to lead and inspire a team of staff to achieve team goals, you’ll be passionate about always going that-extra-mile.
You’ll need a highly professional work ethic, and an awareness of company policies and procedures as well as national regulations and guidelines.
With a practical and methodical hands-on approach to your work, be it front-of-house or behind-the-scenes, you’ll be eager to achieve outstanding customer service to make sure all our customers leave with smiles on their faces, keen to visit us again.
