The majority of us receive prescriptions from our local chemists and pharmacies but there's something happening this April that you will need to know about.
Did you know that each year the NHS spending on medicines has almost doubled since 2010? Also around 90% of prescriptions in England are dispensed free of charge?
Currently, the prescription charge is £7.85 but that is set to rise by 20p in April and then the same again next year.
So, take note of these changes when you next visit your chemist
