Queensbrook Nursery strive to always give the best care to their children, which is why they have now introduced staff of the month!
This is a fabulous opportunity for parents to nominate who they think deserves to be staff member of the month and this month the award went to Auntie Chandni.
Chandni works in the chicks room with children aged 1-2, she has been working at Queensbrook Children’s Nursery for 2 years now and she received the award of staff member of the month for building up great relationships with parents and children and developing the children’s knowledge and understanding.
Chandni has a key group of children which she focuses on, she plans for them and fills in their learning journal which shows children’s development and their learning.
A HUGE well done to Chandni!
