If you have worked in a kitchen environment and would love to work for a fantastic nursery, read on for more information as Queensbrook Nursery are hiring a new nursery cook.

The successful applicant key responsibilities will be to

Organise, cook and prepare a healthy, balanced diet for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the nursery menus
Take into consideration daily those children who have special dietary requirements and prepare a suitable alternative
Prepare a suitably balanced diet rotating menu taking into account dietary and cultural requirements of the children
Ensure high standards of hygiene, health and safety is maintained in the kitchen at all times
Pay due attention to the cooks dress code: Hair to be tied back if touching your collar, no nail varnish, false nails, no rings with the exception of a wedding band, trousers, white coat and appropriate head covering to be worn at all times
To provide the manager with the current DBS (Disclosure Barring Service)
To provide two references

The job will be working hours 8:30am until 3pm, Monday to Friday and hourly pay is to be discussed.

Queensbrook Nursery are looking for somebody who has to have at least a minimum of 12 months experience working in a kitchen environment
