The Purple Property Shop are expanding and developing, and now have two new members of staff in their team. They underwent a big recruitment campaign, which ended with the hiring of Keith Hilton as sales manager and Kay Martin as property consultant.
Before joining the Purple Property shop, Keith was employed for five years in customer services within the public sector providing him with intense understanding of the importance of excellent customer services. Following a successful career in sales and sales management, Keith was attracted to The Purple Property Shop by the values and the ethos of the company.
Both Keith and The Purple Property Shop believe in openness and honesty when dealing with clients something very close to Keith’s heart and an integral part of what they are undertaking at The Purple Property Shop
Kay has always enjoyed dealing with the public in a variety of different roles that she has undertaken. Kay’s most previous positions have included customer services for a pharmaceutical company and sales representative for the local newspaper.
Kay describes herself as a people-person which she has developed from her previous career in public house management which provided her with the experience of handling many different types of people and situations.
