The two health and social care vacancies are for an apprentice care assistant vacancy in Rochdale or Oldham. You’ll need to be over 17 and a caring, respectful person. The role is working in a residential home with vulnerable adults, supporting them with their personal care.
The two customer service roles available are a customer service apprentice and a customer service assistant. One is based in Manchester and the other in Wigan. The customer service assistant role is in Wigan and will involve managing the director’s and engineers calendar, speaking to customers training them on company systems and working with the customer service manager.
The customer service apprentice role is just as varied, with responsibilities including editing records, handing calls, liaising with customers and promoting the company.
The biggest selection of apprenticeships Alliance Learning have available is in the administration sector. These are located in either Bolton, Bury, Westhoughton and Manchester. You could train to become a receptionist, IT helpdesk assistant, office junior, lettings administrator, technical service administrator or admin assistant. An apprenticeship is a fantastic way of learning vital on the job skills, but still earning money at the same time. You’ll gain qualifications and develop your knowledge and experience as you go.
