Great news that Britain’s Got Talent dancing duo Twist and Pulse will join the line-up and perform at next weeks Olympic Torch Evening Celebration Event.
The dancing pair were finalists in the 2010 Britain’s Got Talent programme and will appear alongside chart toppers The Wombats and former X Factor Star Laura White who made a recent appearance at the Bolton College Careers Fair.
The Olympic flame will arrive in Bolton on Thursday May 31st and will stay overnight in Bolton. Over 8,000 tickets have been allocated as part of a ballot and thousands are expected to line the streets to watch the torch as it arrives.
There are over 66 locations across the UK that have been chosen to receive the torch and Bolton is only one of two in Greater Manchester that have been chosen.
