Muay Thai is a very effective modern and traditional form of self-defence. All classes start with an Aerobic type warm up which includes Basic Fitness exercises such as press-ups, sit-ups and squats. Stretching is also included and is very important part of the warm up.
You will learn from day 1; defence and attack moves. When you join a class you will receive a 1 month Provisional Licence Card in this period you can decide whether to become a member or not.
