Carers Trust in Greater Manchester Crossroads Care service provides all aspects of personal care including specialised care, such as assistance with medication, PEG feeds, tracheostomy care and oxygen management. This enables the day-to-day carer to attend hospital appointments, interviews, social events or just simply to take a break.
In addition, the charity run community projects for carers and those that they care for, such as canal trips and their ‘Memories and Melodies’ sessions for people with memory problems and their carers.
