No singing experience needed - just come along and have fun!

Led by Musical Director Ceri Graves, these sessions provide an opportunity to learn new songs and develop musical skills in a supportive environment. Participants will work towards a small sharing session during the Carers' Coffee Morning on 13th May, where they can showcase what they've been practicing. The group is open to all levels of experience, and no prior singing experience is required.

Maybe you’re looking after someone who has a disability, doing your neighbour’s shopping and taking them to appointments, making sure someone is taking their medication at the right time or living with someone who has dementia or another illness that means they need more support. If someone with an illness, physical or learning disability, mental health issues or addiction is dependant on your support then you are a carer.

While we ask participants to commit to the majority of the sessions, we understand that attendance every week may not be possible.

This group is for anyone who cares for someone with a disability, mental health issues, addiction, dementia, or any illness requiring extra support. Whether you are helping with appointments, managing medication, or offering daily support, if you provide care, you're a carer, and this group is for you.

Although the group has already started, there is still space to join. Feel free to book your spot and enjoy the experience!

Free!
