Egging by Adam Kotwal is a hilarious new play that takes a comedic look at pre-wedding jitters and the chaos of long-standing traditions. The story follows Haris, who finds himself on the run from his friends the day before his wedding, desperate to avoid being egged as part of a prank tradition. However, things get even more complicated when his neighbours decide to offer their unsolicited marital wisdom, making Haris more anxious than ever as he faces the prospect of his big day.
Join us on Friday, 9 May, for a script-in-hand rehearsed reading of this work-in-progress piece, supported by the Octagon Theatre. The event will also feature a Q&A session with Adam Kotwal and the creative team, offering a unique insight into the development of the play. This event is part of the Bolton MACFest Celebrations, so don’t miss the chance to experience this witty and thought-provoking performance!
