I stayed here on the 1st April - as an away supporter for the Reading Bolton match..
Great hotel but what made my visit was the superb service and attentiveness from one individual- a lovely lady who was working the bar area early on in the morning.
Sorry didn’t catch her name but please go back and check the Rota…she is to be commended fully - absolute gem.

Met my husband at the Ritz Manchester... completely perfect portrait of the club scene at the time....I'm chuckling about it hours later! Completely accurate and SOOOOO funny!!! If you have a husband like mine who's not into "theatre"... Take them to see this!!... Absolutely brilliant!!!!

Had an absolutely brilliant night last night at The Octagon Theatre, watching
JOHN GODBER's "Bouncers." Laugh out loud funny and a times quite poinient. What a brilliant cast, if you can remember clubbing in the 80s, you'll recognise most if not all of the characters.

Noisy cleaning staff in the mornings even though I had the do not disturb sign on my door, or as they call it the enjoying the moment . In other words be quiet. they slammed the doors so hard my window shook.

Absolutely wonderful service! We had a team of three lovely ladies come to complete a deep clean of our home which was long overdue. The house looks and smells amazing and we are so happy with the attention to detail. I would highly recommend the team if you are looking for A+ cleaners in Carlisle. Thank you!!
