Watched the waitress (ainsley I believe her name was) take multiple glasses of water out to another table who were taking the mick with service (as the glasses of water are set up in a way customers can pour their own) she kept a smile on her face and still made and carried coffees out to other customers. She remade my coffee when I said it was too sweet without hesitation and apologised when it was only my taste preference that was the issue. I recommend this place a lot as there is great coffee and service especially from this young waitress

I enjoy coming to Amico as it is a lovely welcomed change from all of the other coffee shop chains. The owner and staff are lovely people and it sets for a really nice atmosphere.

We only had coffees but they were perfectly made & delicious. The atmosphere is lovely & calm and everywhere is clean & beautifully presented. They obviously care greatly about their business & you can tell. I’ll definitely be back.

I visited Amico Cafe a week ago with my family. A friend of mine recommended it saying the atmosphere at the cafe is very positive and the drinks are amazing.
My family absolutely loved the place and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food and drinks. I have always preferred independent cafes and restaurants and cannot wait to visit Amico Cafe again! :)

Our server Ainsley was very friendly and looked after us well.
The food was brilliant, the best breakfast we’ve tasted in bolton. They served us even though their kitchen was pretty much closed.
Also love the new iced teas!
We will definitely be returning !

Visited for Saturday lunch. Had "small" vegetarian breakfast; other less honest places would have called it "regular" but it was more than adequate. Excellent service too. As a black coffee drinker I get frustrated by paying for the gap at the top of the cup for milk I don't have. Cup was full to the brim with coffee!

I think this is one of if not the best little coffee/cafes in Bolton town center, I think the manager and original staff are brilliant in there service and manners, one little draw back a new member of staff a young girl with blonde hair in a ponytail served us today bank holiday Monday 26/08/2019 she served me and my wife she seemed very unhappy and when serving us she slammed my wife's cup on the table in obvious annoyance ? I wondered what or why she did this ?Seconds later some lady asked the manager what time does the cafe close the manager said 6pm but the young girl/waitress responded we close now whilst laughing. I noticed the manager was not laughing. But this cafe still gets 5 out of 5 anyway .

Go to amicos regularly, always lovely food and coffee. Staff are nice and friendly. Would like to say that unlike the other comment the new young lady has served me and had always been very polite and nice, smiling all the time.its a shame that more young people arnt like her wanting to work. Keep up the good work.

Tucked away near Market Place, this Mediterranean style cafe does a great breakfast sandwich and coffee deal for £4.95. Lovely lovely food, friendly staff
