I guess you can only say the company is decent if things go wrong and you need them to come back.
Harmony Blinds were amazing. I had blinds fitted in our bathroom, the spring broke down after a month. Hmm inconvenient, but happens…
I emailed them Sunday. Got a phone call Monday lunch time. Agreed a visit for Tuesday and Tuesday afternoon the blinds were replaced.
Absolutely professional service one would expect. Well done.
