I have used Bright and Beautiful for my Brentwood apartment now for 4 years and couldn't be happier. Tarine always gets back to me straight away and is so accommodating, even if I need to book a clean on a weekend or a bank holiday. I can trust the ladies 100% to do a good job and I'm always sent photographs of the apartment afterwards as I don't live in the country. I also use them to wash the bed linen and towels etc so I really do rely on them and I couldn't be happier.

Rachel and team are incredibly thorough, they take pride in their work and ownership of the cleanliness of the house as you would your own house (rather than just working their way through a job list). My daughter likes it when they’ve been “because it’s like having my own hotel room” it’s so neat and tidy.

Just had some blinds fitted this morning and am made up with them! Mike who came to do the measurements was very helpful, professional and thorough. Aaron and Lee who fitted the blinds did a fantastic job and again explained everything, and left my home clean and tidy. The people I've spoken to on the phone have also been very helpful. I came to harmony after losing my deposit with a different blind company. I wish I'd come to harmony in the first place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely use again in future!

Connor answered my initial call. Friendly and professional. Explored issues regarding central locking problems and invited me to visit where they would further assess them. Great advice and had a spare key cut for a very fair price. Highly recommended
